Terms and Conditions
TO THE TRADE:
SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC offers discount pricing to architects and interior designers. Please email us with a copy of your resale certificate and we will set you up as a trade account.
WEBSITE/NATURAL VARIATION:
Due to the nature of individual computers and monitors, actual colors may vary from what is represented online. We encourage buying samples before ordering to confirm colors.
All our wallpapers are digitally printed. There will be a color differential between orders. If you need a color match, please contact us and we will do our best to match a previous production order.
LEAD TIMES:
All orders are made to order. After order and payment are received, we have a standard lead-time of 4-6 weeks, plus transit time. We offer a rush service of 2 weeks, plus transit time, for an additional fee.
MINIMUM ORDER:
We do not accept orders fewer than 5 linear yards. For orders under 30 linear yards, we charge a $75 set up fee. Multiple items cannot be combined to reach 30 yards.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Transit times range from 1-5 days depending on location. If you would like your order expedited, please specify when ordering. Special handling requests are subject to an additional handling fee.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We’d be happy to ship internationally. Please contact us for pricing.
CANCELLATIONS:
Once payment is received, we do not accept cancellations. We strongly suggest ordering samples to review the color and quality in person before ordering.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept check or bank wire. We do not ship goods until full payment is received. Checks must be made out to SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC.
PRICING:
All Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Our wallpapers can be wiped clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. We recommend that you test any cleaning method in a discrete area first.
INSTALLATION:
Our paper is hung with a standard clear wallpaper paste. The product arrives untrimmed, so we suggest working with a professional wallpaper installer for best results. You can find a local wallpaper installer through The Wallcovering Installers Association.
COMMERCIAL PROJECTS:
We are proud to offer an eco-friendly ground that is suitable for high traffic commercial applications. It is PVC-Free, Type II (ASTM F793) compliant. It is Class A Fire-rated, complies with REACH requirements, FSC certified, can support LEED credits and compliant with CHPS Section 01350 specifications.
We can provide a quote for your commercial project based on the application and the approximate yardage you require. Please email us to discuss.
AVAILABILITY:
SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC reserves the right to discontinue any pattern or color without prior notice.
RETURN POLICY:
Since all of our wallpapers are made to order, we cannot accept returns. All orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
CLAIMS:
All orders are carefully examined prior to shipping. Customers should examine all products upon arrival to verify they are as ordered. If you have any concerns, please contact us before installing. Claims relating to shipping damage or product defects must be submitted in writing and photos should be emailed of the damage, within 7 days of receiving the goods. If orders arrived damaged due to a production or shipping mishap, SUPERFLOWER STUDIO will issue a replacement.
CUSTOM PROJECTS:
Please contact us regarding any custom color request to discuss details. Custom orders are subject to square footage minimums.
WARRANTY:
SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC guarantees its products under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product with a mutually agreed upon product, and does not include any labor costs. SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper installation or maintenance. SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC is not responsible for damage caused by mold or mildew, improper maintenance, improper storage or handling, use of incompatible or unspecified adhesives, or any other damage due to external causes unrelated to any wallpaper defect.
In no event will SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC be liable for any special, incidental or indirect or consequential damages resulting from your purchase. SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC’s entire liability for any product sale will not exceed the total amount received by SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC from such sale.
This warranty is non-transferable.
All claims must be submitted in writing.
FLAME RETARDANT CERTIFICATES:
All specifications and flame retardant certificates are available upon request.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
All patterns are copyrighted under Andrew Zuckerman Studio, Inc. The purchase of any SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC product does not grant the purchaser the license or right to use the designs or images for any other derivative use.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. SUPERFLOWER STUDIO, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All purchase orders will be subject to Terms and Conditions in effects at the time an order is placed.
